Another 9thstory.com production, the Parsec award nominated 'Wicked Library is now in it's 7th season and is still going strong. Hosted by Daniel Foytik (Who you may also know from “The Lift”), 'Wicked Library' is an anthology of dark speculative fiction drawing on scripts from a wide range of writers. Naturally this means that some listeners will prefer some episodes over others however in several months of listening I can honestly say I haven't found a single episode hat I didn't like.

 

As one would expect from the team behind this production the acting is good and the sound editing is excellent. Stories range from the mildly creepy to the outright unsettling.

 

Now I have to admit that I have not, as of yet, listened to the entire output of this production – there are 6 full seasons and season 7 is underway, after all – but I certainly intend to. If you are a fan of speculative fiction with a darker side, I recommend giving it a go, I think you are going to like it.
